  • Collective Labour Agreement: CAOs (NL) are subject to change and tightening in laws and regulations ensures that correct application is of the utmost importance. We ensure that the correct and most recent COLLECTIVE LABOUR AGREEMENT (CAO) is applied at all times.

Scale-up

Are you a temporary employment agency experiencing considerable growth and changing needs?

Everything in Starter plus:

  • Excess: Bearing risks with regard to sick leave or transition payment can be a costly matter. People2.0 likes to take responsibility, but it can happen that customers have their processes in order in such a way that they prefer to take on the risk themselves.
  • Invoice: Some customers would like to invoice their end customer on their own VAT number with their own name and logo on the invoice and apply their own hiring agreement. People2.0 can take care of this.
  • One Contact Person: A fixed contact person who knows you and your company through and through and can provide you with practical and strategic advice.
  • Fixed Fee: Due to the size and/or composition of their employee population, some customers prefer to work a fixed fee instead of a factor.
  • Turnover: Sometimes, in connection with tenders, credit checks or other reasons, it is useful to let the entire turnover run through your own books.
